A development Wednesday in the investigation into the Rocky Mount broker accused of scamming retirees out of their life savings. The Secretary of State's office says they have completed their investigation into Joe Jones and handed the information over to the Nash County District Attorney's office. It's now up to that office to decide what, if any charges they will against Jones. He keeps telling investors he'll pay them their money back, but they have not seen any in nearly a year.
