Former Sheriff's Deputy Charged

A former Lenoir County Sheriff's Deputy is accused of having sex with an inmate. Authorities say 23-year-old David Pacheco has been charged by the State Bureau of Investigation, after a Lenoir County female inmate claimed they had sex twice in a span of eight months. Pacheco resigned immediately after his arrest.
