Thirty-five-year-old Michele hood is charged with taking $13,000 from the Dixon Elementary School P.T.O. accounts. Authorities say it happened before Hood's family moved to Louisiana at the end of the school year. She faces 19 felony embezzlement counts and 18 charges of writing worthless checks and credit card fraud.
