Man Convicted of Murders at N.C. State Football Tailgate Party

After three days of deliberation, a jury has found Timothy Johnson guilty of first degree murder. He's been convicted of killing two men, one of them a Camp Lejeune Marine, outside a N.C. State football game last fall. Johnson's younger brother will also be tried in the murders. The killings stemmed from an argument that started at a tailgate party at N.C. State's 2004 home opener in Carter Finley stadium.
