Vision Technologies Land Systems is buying the specialized Vehicles Corporation, which owns Hackney in Washington and Kidron, another subsidiary. Hackney makes and sells specialized vehicles, including rescue vehicles, around the globe. We're told the sale is encouraging for Hackney and there are absolutely no plans to impact the work force in anyway but a positive way.
