Heavy Hearts in Havelock

Video will be available shortly.

The war in Iraq hits home for many, but for those who live in military towns like Havelock, home of Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, the news that fourteen Marines were killed in a roadside attack Wednesday hits a little closer to home. Havelock residents we talked to say since the war began, they've noticed a change in the mood of the town. Some say it's more serious and less cheerful. But those same residents were quick to add freedom isn't free and they're thankful so many men and women in their community are willing to pay the price.
