National Night Out

Video will be available shortly.

Folks in Jacksonville are once again taking back their neighborhoods from crime. It's time for the Annual "Night Out Against Crime" and the event has become a big one for local law enforcement agencies there. All the fun took place on New Bridge Street again this year for the eighth year in a row. And this year, younger folks can stay a little longer, since this normally comes the same day as the first day of school. But with school starting several weeks later, the crowds are expected to be bigger than ever. It's also about getting a chance to meet local cops, detectives, sheriffs deputies, military police from Camp Lejeune and New River Air Station and for them to help everyone take a bite out of crime.
