One Greenville company has expanded its business, so they can help teach other local businesses how to become more successful. The cut of the ribbon officially opened the "Insight For Performance" office Tuesday. "Insight for Performance" is a training and development company, whose mission is to provide small and medium sized businesses with a special type of training for both employers and their employees. Company president Ron Hiller says research shows the leading cause why employees and customers defect from a business is because of poor customer service and poor management skills. "Insight for Performance" has been in business in Greenville for two years.
