There's a New Osprey Nest in Craven County

Video will be available shortly.

Dozens of jobs are coming to the area. Lieutenant Governor Beverly Perdue, along with officials from Craven County and the company Bell-Boeing, were on hand at the Craven County Industrial Park to announce the opening of a new V-22 logistics support facility. Perdue says the New Bern facility is the first step in the development of long-term support of Osprey aircraft in Eastern North Carolina. Military officials pointed out Eastern North Carolina is vital to the V-22 Osprey because of the Naval Air Depot at Cherry Point and the Marine Corps Air Station New River. Perdue estimates the new facility will bring about 80 new jobs.
