Boy Charged With Arson

An 11-year-old Rocky Mount boy is at the Pitt County juvenile detention center charged with setting three fires at two houses. He's charged with two counts of second-degree arson and one count of first-degree arson. The fires happened Monday and Tuesday. Authorities say the 11-year-old confessed to setting the fires.
