At the Brown library in Washington, library workers say the Harry Potter series and other novels like it are getting more pages turning with every new chapter. It's a fun way to learn for readers of all ages and a big weapon in the fight against illiteracy. Nearly one and a half million of Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince books have been pre-ordered before the midnight over the counter release.
