Chelsea Clinton Brushes Aside Question About Monica Lewinsky

Chelsea Clinton had a quick answer Tuesday to a question about the Monica Lewinsky scandal: "None of your business."

Clinton was campaigning for her mother, Hillary Rodham Clinton,
at Butler University in Indiana. Someone asked if her mother's credibility had suffered as a result of the Lewinsky scandal during President Clinton's administration.

Chelsea Clinton noted it was the first time anyone's asked that
question in dozens of college campus appearances she's made. And
she refused to answer, after her rebuke of the questioner.

Her response was met with loud applause from the audience.
Chelsea Clinton then took a question on global warming and wrapped up the event.

Sorry Chelsea but it is out business. If Barak Obama can be criticized and condemed for what his PASTOR does and says then Mrs. Clinton should be held to the same standard. Bottom line he LIED and she supported him. Obama isn't married to the offender.......she is. Let's also not forget all of the things that she and Bill were involved in while in college. Always seems to be swept under the rug as unimportant.

Does Chelsey not realize it is our business? If she wants us as US Citizens to vote her mother as our president, everything should be known to the public INCLUDING something like Monica Lewinsky and Bill Clinton's affair. The last thing we need in the White House is more drama! If Chelsey didn't want to answer any questions then she should completely keep her mouth shut and stay out of the political race. We as voters and as US Citizens have every right to know the answers to the questions we ask. Especially if it concerns OUR future with the next president of OUR COUNTRY!

If you don't think this is not the business of the American citizen then you are sadly mistaken and can consider yourself as part of the problem due to a lack of morals and common sense. Did you stop and think about the consequences that can arrise from a situation like this? Blackmail pretty much tops the list and it could just snowball from there. If he, B.C., was weak enough to succomb to a cigar session then he's weak enough to possibly succomb to blackmail and release sensitive national information. And if their 27 year old daughter is going to publicly campaign for her mother, she should be prepared for questions such as this. If you read what was asked you will see that it was not a question prying into their personal business or feelings but one regarding the effects of the situation on her campaign. And let's not forget Bill's last act as president; the pardoning of an American, living overseas in hiding, wanted by the FBI for stealing yours and my money.

First of all i am not a supporter of the Clintons;however i do feel that she was more than 100% in the right when she made the comment. It is personal life at this point and not a single person needs to know about it.

Good for you C. It wasn't any bodys busy about her parents private life and her father choice to cheat on her mom. The media is cruel, malious and always look for gabbage. Chelisa, not only boldly responded with attitude but she explioted the media for what it is-plain noisy and not wanting to let things go.

Please people, you think it was childish for her to say none of your business. It is none of our business, and it is not childish for her to answer like that. How would you feel if someone was asking you a question like that a/b your parents? The only reason people think it is their business is b/c he was president. His sex life had nothing to do with how he was running the country. And if you ask me, he was doing a heck of a lot better job then what the current one is doing. We weren't involved in a war and our gas prices were about $1.01 a gal. What happened w/ him and Monica is between him, her, and their families. As long as the country is being run right, why try to find reason to ruin someone's life. That's whats wrong w/ everybody in the world. Too too nosey, and if it is some what possible to make someone else look bad just so they can feel better about themselves, they do it. Drop it people.
