Authorities want your help in finding a Harkers Island man missing for several days. He is believed to be in the Wilmington area but could have traveled northward in the state, and be in Eastern Carolina, but family members say he's in trouble.

29-year-old David Lupton was last seen on Monday. Family members say he called in to work on Wednesday, but hasn't been heard from since. Authorities also say that threatening messages have been left on his cell phone -- leading family and authorities to believe something bad has happened to him. He's 6 feet, two inches, weighing about 210 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes and tattoos on his arms. If you see him, please call your local law enforcement agency.
