Meth Lab Raided

Craven County authorities say they have busted up a fairly large methamphetamine lab near Harlow.

Deputies say 43 year old Michael Allen Glassey was making methamphetamines inside his garage at 1032 Lands End Road in Harlow in Craven County. Deputies say they were given information Thursday about the drug activity, and searched the premises Friday. The State Bureau of Investigation came in to collect all the chemicals and tear down the facility. Glassey was arrested and charged with manufacturing methamphetamine, and maintaining a dwelling to manufacture the drug.

Craven County deputies say this was their biggest drug site to date.
