Welcome to Bugfest in Raleigh, a place where you can have bugs for dinner. Hal Daniel and Claudia Jolls both professors at East Carolina University were whipping up the tasty bugs for kids and anyone else brave enough to try them. There were chocolate covered crickets and collard-wrapped grasshopper fritters, even Cicada Soup. Organizers were hoping 20-thousand people or more would attend Saturday, and maybe try one of their gourmet dishes.
