Greenville police say they have solved a long string of armed robberies which have plagued the city since last May.
Today they announced the arrest of Rashad White of Glendale Court on 18 counts of armed robbery.
Police say since May White has been on a crime spree. One of those businesses, the Wilco Hess on South Memorial Drive was held up four different times.
In addition to the 17 armed robberies since May, police say White is also charged with the October 2004 holdup of the Hamilton Inn.
Police say that White has also been connected with recent robberies in Winterville and Farmville. Police say White was arrested by Tarboro police on February 28th and since then authorities have been able to connect him with the 18 armed robberies in Greenville.
