Rocky Mount lawmen have a man in custody they say is responsible for beating a woman to death. Police arrested 21-year-old Aaron Deonta Wiggins Saturday in the death of Candauce Dominique Warner. Warner died February 9 after being hit in the head during a fight. Wiggins is charged with voluntary manslaughter and is being held on a $1 million bond at the Edgecombe County Jail.
