A tragic story from Beaufort County where the State Highway Patrol says 19-year-old Brian Taylor of Washington died after the sports utility vehicle he was riding in flipped Saturday night on River Road, near Highway 32. Officials say the driver of the vehicle, 19-year-old Justin Woodham, was taken to the hospital in critical condition. The Highway Patrol says the vehicle was traveling about 25 miles over the speed limit, and neither of the young men was wearing seatbelts.
