It appears a noisy burglar sealed his own fate when he woke up his sleeping victims after tripping. Atlantic Beach Police arrested and charged 35-year-old Kevin Wayne Mitchell of Kansas City, Missouri, a construction worker in the area. Residents told police they didn't hear the man enter their home Saturday morning, but were awakened when he stumbled. Police caught the suspect down the road moments later.
