It was a mighty goal, for this the 20th Anniversary broadcast celebration here in Eastern Carolina, 1.5 million dollars. So did the Children's Miracle Network Telethon reach their mark?
Thanks to you that's a big yes. The 20th Anniversary Children's Miracle Network Telethon Broadcast reached a grand total of 1,500,571 dollars. All the money raised goes to help the children and grandchildren of Eastern Carolina, by benefiting the Children's Hospital in Greenville. The hospital services nearly 30 counties, and your generosity helps change and save the lives of millions kids in our area. That money will also go to help build a Kids Immuno-Supressed Special Unit, better known as KISSU, for the very sickest of our children. Thank you once again, Eastern Carolina.
