A murder suspect representing himself won a big court decision Wednesday. A Wayne County judge agreed with Eric Lane that jurors were not being selected randomly and dismissed all twelve. Lane is accused of kidnapping, raping and murdering five-year-old Precious Whitfield in 2002. This is the third time a jury will try to be seated.
