Opening ceremonies for the 12th Annual Fossil Festival in the Beaufort County town of Aurora were in full swing Friday night.
And Saturday the party didn't stop as thousands gathered for a day of fun in the sun in the small Beuafort County town and it's wasn't all about fossils. Bull riding, rock climbing, carnival rides and more makes the 3 day long event worth the drive down Highway 33 East to the towns decorated downtown.
The fossil festival continues Sunday along with the town's 125th birthday celebration.
