Every time you sign up as a potential donor at an American Red Cross blood drive this summer, you'll automatically be registered for a chance to win free gas! The contest is an effort to improve donations during summer months when collections decline, often putting the blood bank at dangerously low levels. Each week, from Memorial Day until Labor Day, the Red Cross will randomly draw a winner for $100 in gas. At the end of the contest, one grand prizewinner will be drawn to win free gas for a year.
