Wayne County Man Accused Of Child Rape

A Wayne County man is charged with raping two 11-year-old girls.

Edgar Ezra Oquinn of Dudley was arrested. The victims, according to Wayne County lawmen, knew Oquinn. Officials say the rapes happened earlier this month.

Oquinn was locked up under a $450,000 bond.
