For the second time this year, a computer glitch put the brakes on the Division of Motor Vehicles issuing driver licenses and ID cards statewide.
A connection with the DMV's central image server went down. That server allows employees to compare photographs being put into the system with previous photos of customers.
Late Tuesday afternoon the DMV reported the problem was corrected and that all DMV offices would be able to issue driver licenses Wednesday as normal.
