Statistics Show the Dangers on Roadways

The statistics reinforce how dangerous our roadways are for our younger generations. In North Carolina and the nation as a whole, deaths and injuries resulting from motor vehicle crashes are the leading cause of death for persons from age four to age 33. This information comes from a study by the UNC Highway Safety Research Center.
