A San Antonio, Texas elementary school principal has been charged with molesting a 13-year-old male student.

Forty-one-year-old Michael Alcoser was arrested Tuesday on a charge of aggravated sexual assault and jailed in lieu of $75,000 bail.

Police searched Alcoser's home last week and took computers, digital cameras and videos.

The affidavit says police confiscated images of the alleged victim and two compact discs depicting sex acts between men and adolescent males.

The investigation was prompted by a report from the victim's mother.

The South San Antonio Independent School District says Alcoser was
placed on administrative leave from his position at Carrillo Elementary
School pending the outcome of the investigation.

Alcoser's relatives couldn't be reached for comment.

This ridiculous how many different people have been arrested in the last month for molesting children! What is wrong with these people? It's getting so bad it makes you want to quit your job and home school your kids! Something has to be done. In our schools, someone has to be keeping a closed eye over these principals and teachers, no matter how good you think you know them. These are our kid's lives being ruined and destroyed. Put up cameras, security people, something!
