Downtown Jacksonville is on the move and growing. And no one knows that better than the folks at "Bettering Our Local Downtown" or BOLD. The redevelopment group is ready to start the Spring "Downtown Alive" concert series, if the weather will participate. So far they are 0 for 3. But, director Bryan Pensak says the real job is getting people back downtown every day of the week, investing in the future by building and living here. BOLD is celebrating its 12th year revitalizing downtown Jacksonville and hopefully will get "Downtown Alive" started this Friday night, behind the old railroad depot, at Riverwalk Crossing Park.
