It's amazing what the human spirit can accomplish, especially those who are living with a disability.

At the Blind Center in the city of Washington Saturday, the artful skill of the visually impaired was just one ability that astonished many craft buyers and supporters of the facility during the centers annual fundraiser. This Rock-A-Thon fundraiser was a testament of determination for the clients of the Blind Center who have aimed to raise cash to help run the center through donations from the community.

The Rock-A-Thon and craft show lasted until 4 p.m. Saturday where people who run the Blind Center say they hoped to have matched last years goal of almost 7,000 dollars.
