New Bern Police say they uncovered a drug dealer.
Police there arrested Demetrius Cobb, the Third, Friday evening around 4:15 after he fled his car during a traffic stop. Police caught up with him in the Trent Woods Shopping Center, where they found baggies of drugs and money on him. Police say they then searched his car and found cocaine, methadone, other controlled substances and more drug related items. Police say Cobb's first court appearance is April 4th.
