Woman Shot in Drive-By

A Lenoir County woman is reported to be in stable condition after a drive by shooting this weekend. Lenoir County Sheriff's Deputies say 38-year-old Cynthia Honeycutt was shot in the chest at her home on Highway 55 West in Seven Springs. Lawmen say close to 12 shots were fired Saturday night around 11:30 and the intended target is believed to have been Cynthia's husband, Jimmy Honeycutt.
