North Carolina State Representative John Hall was laid to rest Tuesday after hundreds of mourners paid their last respects at a celebration of his life. Nearly every seat inside the Scotland Neck Municipal Auditorium was full for the funeral service. Representative Hall, who died last week after a lengthy illness, was remembered for his work in the Halifax County community, as well as in the North Carolina House of Representatives.
