Nine hundred acres and $10 million is what's at stake for downtown Greenville's revitalization plan. And the city's planning and development department isn't taking any chances. Tuesday night, citizens will have a chance to weigh in on the project's details. New schematic designs of the plan offer detail about what development should go where. Officials say the draft is general and flexible enough to be changed and tweaked as needed. The public hearing is scheduled for Tuesday at seven in Greenville city council chambers.
