A three-year-old boy who accidentally fell into a pool has Wilson firefighters to thank for his life today. Officials say the little boy was pretending to fish inside the pool when he slipped in. The child's grandfather pulled the boy out, and firefighters arrived and started CPR. The boy was taken to the hospital, treated and released.
