Tuesday, lawmen arrested a teen in an arson investigation on the Outer Banks that involved a Manteo church. The Dare County Sheriff's office arrested 19-year-old Jeffrey Midgett Junior, on charges of breaking and entering, and arson. Lawmen say Midgett set several fires inside the "Church of God of Prophecy" two weekends ago, causing at least $100,000 in smoke and heat damage.
