If you visit the Wright Brothers National Memorial you could be helping to fund improvements to other projects on the Outer Banks. That's because an annual pass to the memorial, which is good for one-year, is going up from $10.00 to $20.00.
The money will be used to fund improvements to things like the Fort Raleigh National Historic Park Visitor Center. Previous funds have been used for the First Flight Centennial Celebration and repairs to the steps of the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse.
