Picking up the Pieces

Tuesday morning, powerful storms took Eastern Carolina by surprise as it caused thousands of dollars worth of damage in some areas. In Greenville, Loretta Hammond's Watuga Avenue home was torn apart by flying metal. The storm ripped hundred of pounds of tin roofing from the former Keel's Warehouse across the street and sent it crashing into her home, causing extensive damage.
