Short sleeves and flip-flops: That's what people in Eastern Carolina were wearing just a week ago, but not anymore.
It's down right cold out there as the mercury struggled to get above freezing. And weather forecasts show highs will only be in the thirties for at least the next few days.
But even under the frosty conditions it was business as usual for Jonathan Monty who owns Crystal Clear Carwash in Washington. Monty says besides uncomfortable working conditions, winter weather also slows down business.
