Soldiers Recognized for Service

They served, they are now home, and Saturday they were recognized.

The 514th Military Police Company based out of Greenville served numerous missions over the past couple of years, all of it away from their family members, and Saturday, they were thanked for those efforts. The soldiers first served at Fort Bragg, and were then deployed to Kosovo, Yugoslavia on a peace keeping mission. Both soldiers and family members say its tough answering the call of our nation.

The soldiers were given certificates of appreciation, as well as a framed American flag for the years they spent protecting our country. Now all of them are glad to spend time on American soil with their family and loved ones.
