Two dogs were found beside a creek in Greene County with duct tape tightly wrapped on their mouths and necks according to animal control officials.

Greene County resident Quentin Warren found the dogs just off the side of the road in a ditch and has nursed them back to health. Warren says the tape was so tight around the dogs’ necks, he's amazed they survived.

Animal control says the dogs were found in a spot that's notorious for people dumping unwanted pets in Greene County. The dogs are happy and healthy and looking for a loving home.
