Man Arrested on Rape Charge

An 18-year-old man from Wayne County is now charged with rape. Lawmen say they have been looking for Tiszon Evans since mid December. He was arrested Tuesday morning.

Evans is accused of raping a 16-year-old girl he knows at knifepoint in Dudley last month. Officials say Evans has been arrested before for other violent crimes, including armed robbery.
