Unemployment Rate Rises for Most Counties in East

New unemployment figures show more people were out of work in most of Eastern Carolina's 28 counties in November than in October.

The Employment Security Commission of North Carolina figures show the unemployment rate dropped only in Craven, Greene and Northampton counties between October in November. The rate stayed exactly the same in Gates and Pamlico county. More people were out of work in the other 23 counties in Eastern Carolina.
