Most times when you get your monthly utility bill, the cost will change, and many of us want to know what exactly some of those fluctuation charges mean. To help answer some of those electrifying questions about your utility bill, the city of Washington will trade in there old post card style utility bills for a more comprehensive format within the coming day. Washington residents will be able to view a more detailed explanation of their services, and instead of an open post card, the new bills will be in envelopes to insure privacy.
