Judge Rules Against Rudolph

Bombing suspect Eric Robert Rudolph has lost a round in federal court.
Rudolph's attorneys did not want jurors to see evidence that investigators found in Rudolph's trailer and shed here in North Carolina.
That evidence included a bible, $1,600, two daggers, bayonets and pistols. A federal judge has ruled those items can be used at his trial scheduled in May. Rudolph is charged with the 1998 bombing of a Birmingham abortion clinic that killed an off-duty officer and injured a nurse.
