New Year's Resolutions

New Year's Day means a time for new beginnings.

Many people use the turn of the calendar to make resolutions. Psychologists say 80 percent of those will be broken within three weeks.

Popular resolutions year after year include losing weight, quit smoking and spend more time with family.

Experts suggest you keep your resolutions simple and realistic.
