Former Teacher Accused of Exploitation of a Minor
A former teacher of the year at a Goldsboro Middle School is accused of having photos on his home computer showing children engaged in sex acts. Hugh Pate Junior is facing 48 charges of exploitation of a minor. Investigators say there is no indication local children were involved. Pate resigned from his job as choir teacher at Greenwood Middle School roughly four months ago.
