Second Fox Not Rabid

Test results are in on a second fox, shot and killed by police in Kinston.

A first fox, that attacked a resident, tested positive for rabies. A second fox in the same area of Rouse and Cary Roads shows that it does not have rabies.

The incidents happened Tuesday and Wednesday.
