Rocky Mount police believe they're close to solving the mystery of the skeletal remains found in the woods. Police are still in the process of confirming the identity but believe the bones belong to a man they describe as a "transient" from out of state. Police believe he is not a victim of foul play but have not determined how the man died. Two teens found the skeletal remains Saturday in a wooded area of Rocky Mount.
