An Eastern Carolina volunteer fire department will receive money in the latest round of grants from the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
Bear Creek Volunteer Fire Department in the Onslow County town of Hubert will get more than $90,000 for equipment.
Several other Eastern Carolina departments have received the FEMA fire grants this year.
The money is used for training, safety programs and the purchase of equipment and vehicles.
