A Kinston murder suspect in back in jail after police say he failed to show up for court.
Last week police asked for the public's help in locating Marius Starke.
Starke was arrested for the May 2006 murder of Terrell Jackson. Police say Jackson was found shot to death inside his residence on Mitchell Street.
Starke was released on bond, but failed to show up for a court appearance last month.
Now police say he's behind bars again, after being arrested Friday night in Emma Webb Park on 1311 North Queen Street.
Starke is now charged with felony failure to appear on a murder warrant.
Police say when Starke was taken arrested he was also in possession of marijuana.
He's now in the Lenoir County jail under no bond.
